| Beschreibung der Tätigkeit | What we offer: * Experience of all aspects of production at an online magazin, including planning, marketing, research, editing, etc. * Significant responsibility, intensive teamwork, and substantial support and mentoring * Extensive networking opportunities: our members and partners are international think tankers, journalists, students, professors, junior and senior researchers, and government staff * A workplace in the political center of Germany, close to the Brandenburg Gate and parliament * A flexible working environment with flat hierarchies and a young team open to new ideas * 300 Euro per month for a full-time internship for a minimum of three months. Unpaid part-time internships are available as well. What you will do: * Monitoring newspapers and think tank publications for nascent trends in international relations and condensing the main arguments into brief summaries * Copy editing and proofreading articles submitted to atlantic-community.org * Copywriting of communication materials, emails, news releases, and newsletters * Support our policy workshops and op-ed competitions. * Conduct interviews with leading experts and politicians in Berlin. * Depending on profile other tasks may be assigned http://www.atlantic-community.org/index/about/jobs |

| Voraussetzungen | Atlantic Community:Jobs Requirements: * Commitment to delivering quality results under time pressure, in a team and at own initiative. You should be a quick learner, dependable, and very well organized. * Attention to detail, without losing sight of the big picture * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including copywriting and/or journalistic experience. Knowledge of German, Russian or French is a plus, but not required. * Intensive knowledge of international affairs beyond the issues that dominate the headlines and a keen interest in transatlantic relations. Applicants with a background in international relations, political science, economics or a related field are preferred. * Enthusiasm for social media, blogs, including demonstrated participation on atlantic-community.org * Previous work experience with online media would be an advantage; familiarity with content management systems, HTML, and video editing software is a plus Application: We look forward to receiving your cover letter and CV (in English).
